With our 100% free gasket inspection, a professionally trained sales member will inspect the condition of each gasket and hardware on every

refrigeration device in your kitchen. We will provide a precise estimate with the most affordable gaskets explaining which refrigeration unit needs attention and what needs to be fixed. During inspection, we'll record the location and manufacturer of each refrigeration or heating unit with the correct Gasket profile, size of gasket, hardware if need, and any recommended service needed. Southeast Gaskets' goal is to replace any gasket profile we keep on hand to be installed with in 48 hours. Our Monthly Maintenance Program pricing is based on how many devices in your restaurant. We count how many drawers, reach-ins, walk-ins, and warming devices to come up with a reasonable plan that will coincide with your monthly budget.

Our Monthly Maintenance Program customers receive our highest quality material called Santoprene (not available for all manufactures). We'll replace any PVC material gaskets with our Santoprene gaskets. Available in most commercial refrigeration units.

We offer Emergency Service or same day service for a food health inspection, there will be an additional fee depending on services.
